What is bastard’s return policy?

We do not support any form of return. If there is a quality issue with your order, we will resolve it through a replacement or direct refund.

How do I register my refund?

Can I exchange items in my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you must place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process your refund after the returned package arrives at our warehouse. During busy periods, this timeline may be longer. However, we strive to process all returns as quickly as possible.

The item I've received is defective.

If you have received a defect item, please contact customerservice@forbastards.com within 7 business days of receiving your order to file a claim. Our team will respond as quickly as possible.

I received the wrong item.

If you received the wrong item, please contact customerservice@forbastards.com within 7 business days of receiving your order to request a replacement. Our team will respond as quickly as possible.
